This small apartment complex consists of three buildings arranged over two levels, surrounded by evergreen pines. It offers comfortable apartments located about 300 metres from the beach and from the town centre. It includes a reception area for customers.

Nearby are a diving centre and a water park.

Pevero Golf Club is about 15 kilometres away.

Residence Pineta Uno has different apartments, for a total of 13 apartments, including:

-3 Bedrooms Apartment: arranged over two levels, they include a living room, a double bedroom, a twin room with single beds and a single bedroom. They have a patio or a terrace;
-3 Bedrooms Apartment: consisting of a living room, a double bedroom and two twin rooms, one of which may have a bunk bed. They have a patio or a terrace.

All apartments are equipped with bathrooms with shower or a tub, a kitchenette in studio apartments and a kitchen in the other apartments, TV, dishwasher (except for studio apartments), a washing machine (except for studio apartments).

Three-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms.
Some studios are arranged over two levels, connected by comfortable masonry stairs.
